ATHLETIC DIRECTOR MITCH WEISBROT NAMED ATHLETIC DIRECTOR OF THE YEAR (DISTRICT 2A)
Congratutaltions to Norwood's athletic director, Mitch Weisbrot, who was recently named Athletic Director of the Year for District 2A by the Maryland State Athletic Directors Association, representing independent schools in Montgomery County.
The award is presented to the athletic director who has demonstrated remarkable influence on students’ lives and has leveraged athletics to foster positive social and cultural development within the school and community. Mitch was formally honored at the MSADA annual conference in April, a testament to his commitment and contributions. “We’re all incredibly proud of Mitch,” said Matthew Gould. “His unwavering dedication to Norwood’s athletics program and our Blue Hawk athletes is truly commendable.”
